Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and the purchased will arrive after 3 - 7 days working, they are shipped via TIKI JNE for Indonesia area and DHL for overseas shipment. If you prefer delivery faster, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Customers will be charged shipping fees based on location and the weight of their order. ShopAShop accept Cash On Delivery payment method, where you can pay when the purchased item arrive, payment may be made by cash, credit cards applied for Visa and MasterCard, debit cards(except debit BCA). But for now, we only serve the COD service for those who live in Jakarta area.
