REGISTRATION

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. PURCHASE

In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where ShopAShop feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information

MEMBERSHIP

These conditions are established between Shopashop and individuals registering to the website if they are join for private sale only. Both shopashop and ‘the members’ agree that their relations are regulated exclusively by the present contract.In case any specific condition or rule is not considered in this contract, general e-commerce practice and rules shall be considered as the standard. Shopashop members can invite their friends to become members as well, and has, however, the right to accept or deny registrations of new members, to suspend permanently or temporarily the issue of new invites to the club and/or to suspend specific memberships if needed.

ORDER/DELIVERY

ShopAShop offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers The Products will be delivery as soon as we receive a payment. Estimated of delivery time according to destination. We use JNE for delivery courier services. All items purchased and shipped via JNE will be insured to prevent loss or damage during the trip Members can place their order on the 'sales' menu of the website, by accessing the online catalogue for the specific brand.To process an order the member shall provide username and password, delivery data, address and phone contact. When the member places an order and finishes the order process he is thereby fully and completely accepting prices and product descriptions provided. ShopAShop reserves itself the right to refuse any given order. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

PRICING AND RETURN POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in Indonesian Rupiah inclusive of . They exclude mailing fees.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

ShopAShop is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your ShopAShop account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 6 months. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Any change or redemption of a give article will only be accepted if it is done 7 days after the member has received it on the delivery address or, in case he was not present at the delivery address, after the first attempt to deliver the product to the member on the delivery address. Any changes requested will be conditioned to ShopAShop available inventory. Any change requested which is not able to supply will automatically generate a product redemption and a credit to the member and doesn’t accept returns with mailing fees to be paid by ShopAShop. The return note is available in www.shopashop.net. Returns generate a credit for the total amount of the products being returned. This credit is delivered on your ShopAShop’s account in the format of ‘available ShopAShop credits’, which can then be used automatically in any other ShopAShop sale and don’t withstand any expiration term. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. We will proceed the purchase order if we are received the bank transfer in our bank account. For those whose use credit card methods, payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by ShopAShop.
